The analyses were conducted by the Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry, Department of Chemistry, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA/TraMS), on behalf of the EC-funded ENVIROMED project.  The dataset includes information on sample matrices (WWTP influent and effluent), compound-specific concentration values, and associated analytical method information. The data were generated to assess the occurrence of pharmaceutical compounds in wastewater and to evaluate their removal during wastewater treatment processes.  This dataset is part of a series of ENVIROMED datasets on pharmaceutical compounds in Greek wastewater and coastal waters, including MITERA Hospital wastewater and Saronic Gulf seawater samples. The data are presented in ENVIROMED project deliverables and may support ongoing and future scientific publications.
