We have encapsulated the workflow of preparing and conducting the simulation experiments in an R package called BeeScapeR. This package contains functions to execute the different steps of our analysis. It is loaded at the beginning of our manuscript script and may require the installation of other R packages.     The BEE-STWARD model that has been used and adapted in this study has been published by Grace Twiston-Davies and colleagues in 2021 (see the refernce below). BEE-STEWARD can be accessed through the BEEHAVE website (https://beehave-model.net/) or the updated BEE-STEWARDv2 through Zenodo (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.8370020). ","The BeeScapeR workflow is published under a CC licence.
