It is designed to help new users explore the platform functionality for modeling and analyzing mechanical behavior in materials under compressive loading.  The simulation workflow follows a three-stage process:  - Preprocessor: Define geometry, materials, and loading- Solver: Run the finite element analysis- Postprocessor: Visualize and interpret the results  The DiMAT toolkit is designed to be solver-agnostic, meaning it operates independently of any specific solver software. Users are required to integrate an additional solver to utilize the toolkit's full functionalities. We recommend CalculiX as a compatible solver.
