Cette nouvelle obligation a permis au ministère de la Cybersécurité et du Numérique (MCN) de documenter les cas d'utilisations de l'IA dans l'administration publique et d'en établir un portrait. Les informations contenues dans le fichier proviennent donc d'une collecte réalisée auprès des organismes publics. Le portrait présente l'ensemble des initiatives qui sont actuellement en développement ou en production au sein des organismes publics. Toutefois, pour des raisons évidentes de sécurité, les initiatives en lien avec la cybersécurité sont exclues. Pour la même raison, le nom commercial des solutions et des fournisseurs de solutions a été modifié pour un nom générique. Les données contiennent le nom de l'actif informatique, du projet ou de l'initiative en IA, sa catégorie, l'organisme public responsable, le portefeuille ministériel auquel l'organisme est rattaché, les bénéfices associés ainsi que son statut. _Les catégories sont :_ * Aide à la décision, planification et/ou prédiction : Système d'IA utilisé principalement comme outil d'aide à la décision, à la planification ou pour faire des prédictions. * Analyse des comportements/sentiments : Système d'IA utilisé principalement pour faire de l'analyse de comportement ou pour l'analyse de sentiments. * Assistant/agent conversationnel : Système d'IA utilisant la communication en langage naturel et principalement utilisé pour l'assistance à des tâches spécifiques ou pour maintenir une conversation avec un utilisateur. * Automatisation : Système d'IA utilisé principalement pour l'automatisation de tâches et/ou de processus définis et ciblés. * Expérience utilisateur - Personnalisation : Système d'IA utilisé principalement pour l'amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur sur des plateformes ou des sites web (exemple : faciliter les recherches, personnaliser le contenu, etc.). * Formation et apprentissage assisté par l'IA : Système d'IA utilisé principalement dans le cadre de formation et dans l'assistance à l'apprentissage. * Gestion géomatique et géospatiale : Système d'IA utilisé pour la gestion forestière, géologique, cartographique et la géomatique. * Laboratoire et équipement : Initiative ou projet visant la mise en place d'un laboratoire d'expérimentation et/ou l'acquisition d'équipements informatiques dédiés au développement de l'IA . * Système électronique connecté et intelligence ambiante : Système d'IA intégré à des initiatives ou projet visant la mise en œuvre d'un système électronique intelligent, de l'intelligence ambiante ou d'objets connectés. * Traitement d'image : Système d'IA utilisé principalement pour le traitement et l'analyse d'image. _Les statuts sont :_ * Développement de la solution : Ce statut englobe les projets ou initiatives qui sont au stade de développement/acquisition ou en phase de test et validation du cycle de développement d'un système d'IA. * Solution en production : Ce statut englobe les projets ou initiatives qui sont à l'étape de déploiement/intégration ou de maintien et support du cycle de développement d'un système d'IA. * Information indisponible : Ce statut indique que l'information n'a pu être confirmée par l'organisme responsable du projet ou de l'initiative.","In a perspective of transparency and to ensure the coherence of government action in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), the Minister of Cybersecurity and Digital Technology issued, on February 28, 2024, decree number 2024-01 concerning information resource requirements with regard to the use of artificial intelligence by public organizations. This new obligation allowed the Ministry of Cybersecurity and Digital Affairs (MCN) to document the use cases of AI in public administration and to establish a portrait of them. The information contained in the file therefore comes from a collection carried out from public bodies. The portrait shows all the initiatives that are currently under development or in production within public organizations. However, for obvious security reasons, cybersecurity initiatives are excluded. For the same reason, the commercial name of solutions and solution providers has been changed to a generic name.
